Grant is always well dressed, always, he knows what works for him and what doesn't. I love his outfit, the stand out piece for me is his camel color Biltmore Hat, it's super smooth.

Capsule Show | Soulland Spring 2011 - Adler Fedora Hat & Jacket

While at Capsule, Keith and I paid a visit to Soulland, whom I remember seeing on the last tradeshow because of their infamous fedora-baseball cap hybrid better known as the Adler Fedora. I always wanted one but their sample size last season were larges and it was way too big, but I got a chance to this season and  medium is the size. Now I just wish more retailers carry them in the states  so I can get my hands on the Scandinavian brand. Soulland designs are beautifully crafted-classics with a modern day twist. I love this baseball-esque jacket he has on (shown above), the half cream-colored sleeves with the navy body and the toggle is a all so very nice. Make sure you keep Soulland on your radar, I'll be sure to, stay tuned.

Keith Pearson of Another Fashion Interpreter and I were invited by the good people (hello Emily + Steve) over at Capsule to cover their New York show (July 19-20), so we paid a little visit to the Timberland booth and took a variety of styles hostage and found a cool spot for our little shoot. Timberland stepped it up, way UP with their new Spring 2011 collections, I love it. I wish I can show you guys more but time was limited and there were tons of other brands to visit, so here are some of our favorites.

I stopped by the (capsule) Show in New York with Keith Pearson, Justine Dori and bumped into Miss Info along the way this past Tuesday, July 21, 2009. There are a lot of fresh products, which I'm pretty sure you guys already seen on all the other blogs, they all have great coverage. Here's a look at the people who passed by the show and the people representing the brands. I got to bump into my buddies Nicole Sky, Erin Magee, and Kenji Summers who were all checking out the show. Capsule Show vs. Project New York RECAP

I got to say, I'm not mad at the Capsule location, it was in the Angel Orensanz Center, which is originally a synagogue. My only concern was that it was TYPE HOT in there, even with the portable AC's and fans all over the 4 levels of today's mens designers. However, it was a better look than Project New York, which I stopped by for 30 mins. Capsule NY was full of trendy, cool people and some hipsters, might I add, all in all I see potential in the show with the brands. I've got to meet a couple of dope people, and in the coming days you guys will see some dope sneakers, clothes and accessories. For now, check out the layout of the spot. 

Upon entry to Capsule, you were given a little booklet with Brand contacts and if you were lucky, also a limited edition Gabriel Urist "Capsule Pill" Necklace, which is a pretty cool alternative to the bags usually given out at Project, this year was a big tote bag with a fold-out map. What happen to the cool RTR Project bags along with Guide Books?
