This is Jeff Staple, he was spotted about 40 ft away due to his colorful yet refreshing jacket, which I come to learn is made by SOPH, about two years ago he said. Jeff Staple is the genius and workaholic behind Staple Design + The Reed Space, he somehow manages to balance 10,000 things at once and stay in the streets and in tuned with culture.
