STREET STYLE CANDID | To Wind or Not to Wind?

It was hard for me to choose one picture for this candid, so I put up both, let me know which one you like better or if both are necessary?

He was crossing the street when I spotted him, I took a couple of shots and then a gush of wind came (thanks) and this was the last one I shot.
