ON THE STREET | Vintage Two-Toned Lace-Up Tassel Fringe Boots

Spotted these amazing vintage two-toned black-bordeaux colored lace-up boots on the streets the other day, the coolest thing besides the color combos are the fringes, it's a real nice touch to the well worn and scratched-up boot.
