Photo: William YanIt's about time I caught the amazing video director, filmmaker, blogger and friend, Jake Davis in the streets, he's been keeping busy doing his thing. Jake's latest projects include his Test Shots for T Magazine (NY Times), and directing the Drake ft. Trey Songz video "Successful" music video. He's making major moves and his fashion game is always on point with, peep his peacoat and shawl-collar sweater combination, the contrasting colors, oh so amazing.

I almost thought that duffle coat was from 3sixteen but realized the ropes on that one didn't contrast.
HIs kit is pretty great until you get to the shoes. Driving shoes in the winter?! I'm all about contrast but this is just wrong. I know the LL Bean duckboot may have been too obvious here but the driving shoe is a spring/summer thing for me.
As Mark McNairy said, "if the shoes are wrong, it's all wrong."
