NOOKA Clear ZUB ZENH
The good peoples at NOOKA, just tipped me off with yet another exclusive, the first time they tipped me on their NOOKA Zon watch, and today I would like to tell you guys about the a few pieces from NOOKA's Noo Spring collection.
The ZUB line of Nooka timepieces is expanding with the release of six new colors for the Spring season. This exciting installment in the already widely popular ZUB collection offers a new variety of both bold and neutral colors, sure to appeal to groups from every walk of life. Offering colors in the ZUB ZENH 20mm and the new ZUB ZOO 38mm styles, this Spring collection will be available by the first of March.
Made with a single-unit construction out of soft and flexible polyurethane rubber, the ZUB line of watches is perfect for the active trend-setter who likes to make a bold statement. The existing ZUB ZENH 20 mm model is expanding with the addition of four of our spring colors: Fire-engine Red, Deep Blue, Lavender, and Heather Gray. While for the first time, the ZUB 38mm now sports the ZOO style of face. Colors offered in this style include the same Fire-engine Red and Deep Blue offered in the ZENH 20mm model, as well as new Beige and Bermuda Blue.
Nooka is a New York based design company founded by artist and designer Matthew Waldman. Nooka is most famously known for its line of innovative and unique digital wristwatches which take the concept of telling time into an entirely new realm.
My favorite piece of their Spring 09 collection is their new ZUB line of watches, the Nooka ZUB ZENH Clear 20. The Clear ZUB has a band made entirely of translucent polyurethane rubber which is freakin' amazing might I add. It is their stand out piece from the collection and the when worn, the wearer's own skin tone is shown through, pretty cool. The Clear Zub features a chronograph and alarm, water resistant to 3ATm and has a size of the band is 20mm wide.
