As you all know and for those that don't, Street Wars is a 3 week event that happens in major cities where people sign up, get assigned targets - who are other participants along with their names/addresses, and eliminate said targets with water guns however way they can. Well apparently they didn't get the permits to have this event. While Cops were breaking it up, Cassandra(pictured) who came to New York to celebrate her 30th birthday, splashed another participant and at the same time an officer saw it. Afterwards, she got handcuffed and taken away in tears. People who were attending including Cassandra's family were shocked and in an uproar. Charges are uncertain for now but damn, does this not remind you of the Giuliani era?
